This Privacy Policy explains how Prymax Technologies ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Oxomiya Rashifal: Panjika 2026 (অসমীয়া ৰাশিফল: পঞ্জিকা ২০২৬) mobile application (the "App"), available on Google Play (package name com.prymaxtechnologies.oxomiyabhaktipanjika.rashifalandcalendar).

The short version: this App collects nothing about you. It has no account system, asks for no birth data, and contains no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. It cannot send your information anywhere, because it has no permission to use the internet at all.

Information We Collect

None. We do not collect, receive, store or have access to any personal information about you. We operate no servers that this App talks to.

Information the App Stores on Your Device

So that it can remember your preferences between sessions, the App saves the following in its own private storage on your phone:

the rashi you selected, if you selected one
the city you selected, used to calculate sunrise
whether the daily reminder is switched on, and the time you chose
your display preferences: language, colour theme and text size
the calculation method (ayanamsha) you selected

This information stays on your device and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the App deletes all of it.

Internet Access

The App does not declare the Android INTERNET permission. This is a technical guarantee, not just a promise: without that permission, the Android operating system will not allow the App to make any network connection whatsoever. All panchang and rashifal calculations are performed on your device.

Android System Backup

Android's built-in backup feature may include the preferences listed above in your device backup, which is stored in your own Google account. This is a function of the Android operating system, not of this App; we have no access to it. You can turn it off in your device settings under Google → Backup.

Permissions

The App requests one permission: POST_NOTIFICATIONS, used only to show the optional daily reminder with the day's tithi. Declining it leaves every other feature of the App fully working.

Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Third Parties

The App contains no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking libraries, and shares no data with third parties, because it holds no data to share.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a revised effective date above. Any future version of the App that collects data would be announced here before that version is released.
